House rules ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible because previous guests have followed them. They also help us continue to enjoy offering holiday apartments and allow us to provide you with a clean and wonderful experience.

Please follow the following rules:

Registration Form:

In accordance with §§ 29 and 30 of the Registration Act (MG), we must have a registration form for every guest staying with us. By booking, you agree to complete our registration form during online check-in.

Quiet Hours:

From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties are not allowed!

Pets:

Pets are not allowed. If you bring a pet anyway, a fee of €50 per day will apply.

Smoking:

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. If you smoke indoors, an additional cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.

Excessive Dirt:

Additional cleaning fees for heavily soiled apartments: If you leave the apartment excessively dirty, we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee of €60.

Check-out after 10:00 AM:

If you stay in the apartment past the agreed check-out time, an additional fee of €50 will apply. If you remain in the apartment for more than 2 hours beyond check-out, the fee for an extra night will apply.

Maximum Occupancy:

The maximum occupancy of this apartment is 4 people. Each additional person will be charged €20 per night.

Lost Keys & Taking Keys After Your Stay:

The worst-case scenario for us is being left without a key—or worse, the next guests have no key. This will cost you €50 plus the cost of replacing the key. Additional costs may apply if we need to cancel a subsequent booking.

Internet Use:

Please use the Wi-Fi only for legal purposes. You are responsible for your online activities—no copyright-infringing downloads, no accessing illegal content, etc. If you do engage in illegal activity, you take full responsibility and hold us harmless from any third-party claims.
